Do I need a credit card to start?

Does it work with Booking.com?
Yes. Connect the Booking.com iCal feed to sync reservations automatically — we treat them just like Airbnb bookings.
Can I use it with my existing channel manager?
Yes. FlowBnB sits on top of any channel manager (Hostaway, Lodgify, Smoobu, etc.) via iCal sync. You don't have to replace anything.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel any time in one click. You keep access until the end of the current billing period, then your account turns off. Your data is kept for 30 days in case you come back.
Is my data secure?
Your data lives in EU-hosted Supabase with row-level security. We never sell it and we never share it. GDPR-compliant by design.
When will WhatsApp and AI Chat be available?
We're finalizing our WhatsApp integration and expect to launch it within the next few weeks. Unlimited plan members will get automatic access when it's ready — no action needed.
